How do I return an item? Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item. Thank you. ORDERING All products are made to order by hand and at the end of the day we just want you to be happy. I pack and ship every order via USPS. Wholesale orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Please note, the site does not figure shipping for wholesales orders and I will add it to your invoice and bill you Net 30 when the order ships. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Shipments going to places beyond the US will be quoted for shipping after the order is placed. I will choose a method that will cost you the least. Should you choose to continue with your purchase I will request the additional funds via PayPal. If you choose to cancel your order based on shipping cost I will promptly refund your money. RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS Should you get something you don’t like, I offer store credit for your returns on retail online orders only. We do not offer refunds. All product exchange must be done by mail within 15 days of receipt of package. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. All sale products purchased on-line are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. If something arrives damaged, let me know right away, so I can replace it and get a claim filed with our shipping company. You must save your box and all packing materials or I will be unable to replace your item. To exchange your product please contact us at sales@makemynotebook.com.
